The Premium kit is the bigger sibling of our starter range – designed for people who want enough supplies to run multiple experiments, not just a single test jar.

What’s included

Media & agar

• 10 × MS Medium 1 L doses (4.74 g each)

• 2 × 50 g agar jars (100 g total)
  – Enough to comfortably support all those 10 L of medium (and then some, depending on your g/L)

PGR stock solutions (1 mg/mL)

• 1 × 30 mL IBA solution

• 1 × 30 mL NAA solution

• 1 × 30 mL 6-BA solution

(As with the Solution kit: ethanol + water, clean but not filter-sterile.)

Hardware & paper

• 12 × clear culture pots with lids
  – Enough to run multiple experiments and subcultures at once

• 1 × PDF “Premium Lab Guide” booklet
  – Initiation, multiplication, rooting, plus troubleshooting tips

What you’ll need at home

Same as the other kits, but you’ll use it more:

• Distilled or deionised water

• Sugar

• Pressure cooker

• Clean working area

• Basic tools (scalpel / blade, tweezers, alcohol spray)

What you can do with the Premium kit

• Run proper multi-jar experiments (different PGR combos, different species)

• Subculture over several weeks, not just pour one batch and stop

• Build a little “method” you can repeat for different plants:

  • e.g. Swedish Ivy, pothos, philodendron, maybe chillies, etc.

• Have enough jars to keep a project going without immediately needing refills
