HackMyPlant Sterile MS Tissue Culture Pots – Rooting Medium (IBA) – 10 Pots

Formulated to support root initiation and elongation following shoot multiplication.

Each set contains:

• 10 × sterile 30 mL culture pots
• 300 mL total gelled medium
• Autoclaved and held for 5 days to confirm sterility before dispatch

Formulation (Per 300 mL Batch)

• MS basal medium (4.74 g/L equivalent): 1.422 g

• Sucrose: 9.0 g

• Agar: 3.0 g (10 g/L)

• Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA): 0.5 mg/L (150 µL from 1 mg/mL stock per 300 mL)

• pH adjusted to 5.7–5.8 before sterilisation

Sterile until opened.

Inoculate using appropriate sterile technique.
