HackMyPlant Sterile MS Tissue Culture Pots – Shoot Induction (BAP + NAA) – 10 Pots

Sterile MS medium formulated to promote shoot development in many ornamental and houseplant species.

Each set includes:

• 10 × sterile 30 mL culture pots
• 300 mL total gelled medium
• Autoclaved and held for 5 days to confirm sterility before dispatch

Designed for shoot induction and multiplication stages.

Formulation (Per 300 mL Batch)

• MS basal medium (4.74 g/L equivalent): 1.422 g

• Sucrose: 9.0 g

• Agar: 3.0 g (10 g/L)

• 6-Benzylaminopurine (BAP): 1.0 mg/L (300 µL from 1 mg/mL stock per 300 mL)

• α-Naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA): 0.1 mg/L (30 µL from 1 mg/mL stock per 300 mL)

• pH adjusted to 5.7–5.8 before sterilisation

Inoculation must be performed under sterile conditions.
