HackMyPlant Sterile MS Tissue Culture Pots (10 × 30 mL) – Basal Medium

Freshly prepared, made-to-order sterile Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium.

Each order includes:

• 10 × sterile polypropylene culture pots
• 30 mL gelled medium per pot
• 300 mL total medium per set
• Autoclaved and held for 5 days to confirm sterility before dispatch

This formulation contains no plant growth regulators and is suitable for seed culture or protocols requiring custom hormone supplementation.

Formulation (Per 300 mL Batch)

• MS basal medium (4.74 g/L equivalent): 1.422 g

• Sucrose: 9.0 g (30 g/L)

• Agar: 3.0 g (10 g/L)

• pH adjusted to 5.7–5.8 before sterilisation

• No plant growth regulators

Sterile until opened.

You must use appropriate sterile technique (still air box or laminar flow hood) when inoculating explants.

Plant tissue culture outcomes vary significantly between species and protocols.
