PGR Stock Solutions – 1 mg/mL (IBA / NAA / 6-BA)

What this is
Pre-mixed, 1 mg/mL PGR stock solutions in handy amber bottles. Perfect if you don’t want to mess around weighing out 10 mg of powder on a micro-scale every time you pour media.

Available types:
• IBA 1 mg/mL – for rooting and post-callus root development
• NAA 1 mg/mL – for callus induction and root work (best used at low doses)
• 6-BA 1 mg/mL – for shoot multiplication and compact, bushy growth

Available sizes:
• 30 mL – great for small home labs and experiments
• 100 mL – for frequent use and small production runs

How to use (example)
• To make 1 L of medium at 1 mg/L of a given PGR, add 1 mL of stock after sterilisation when the medium has cooled to around 50–55 °C.
• Adjust volumes proportionally (e.g. 0.5 mL per 500 mL medium).

Solvent & sterility
• Prepared with ethanol + distilled/deionised water under clean lab-style conditions
• Not filter-sterilised and not sold as a sterile medical product
• Intended for hobby, educational and horticultural tissue culture, not for sterile pharmaceutical use
