Give your corms, pups and tiny plant babies their own mini propagation setup.
These self-watering corm cups / pup cups are perfect for rooting small aroids, Alocasia corms, baby plantlets and tiny divisions without constantly disturbing them. Each cup uses a simple wick system to pull water up from the outer reservoir, helping keep the media lightly moist while still allowing airflow around the roots.
Ideal for growers who want a clean, easy setup for small plants, corms and pups.

Why they’re useful
These cups are great for:
- Alocasia corms
- Small pups
- Tiny tissue culture acclimation stages
- Baby aroids
- Small rooted divisions
- Semi-hydro or chunky propagation setups
- Keeping humidity around small plants with the dome lid
The clear cup design makes it easy to keep an eye on water level, wick placement and root development without pulling the plant apart.
How to use
- Fill the inner cup with your chosen media.
- Thread the wick through so it touches the media and hangs into the outer cup.
- Add a small amount of water or nutrient solution to the outer reservoir.
- Place your corm, pup or small plant into the inner cup.
- Use the dome lid if extra humidity is needed.
- Keep an eye on the water level and top up as required.
For tiny or freshly rooted plants, use the lid at first and gradually increase airflow as the plant adjusts.
Product notes
These are handmade/assembled propagation cups, so small variations in sticker placement, wick length or cup finish may occur.
The cups are intended for propagation and small plant growing setups. They are not supplied sterile.
For best results, avoid keeping the media soaking wet. The wick should help provide gentle moisture, but different substrates will hold water differently.
