This is a pre-order item expected to ship week commencing 22nd June. Orders will be dispatched within this estimated window rather than on a specific day.

This dispatch window is based on supplier/import timing. Delays can occasionally occur due to supplier availability, customs, courier delays, weather or other factors outside our control. If there is a significant delay, customers will be updated.

All plants are tissue culture and will need acclimation once received. They’re best suited to growers with some TC experience, as losses during acclimation can happen.

Acclimation success is not guaranteed and depends on the customer’s environment, humidity, hygiene, temperature, handling and aftercare once received.

Photos are representative, so your plant may vary in size and appearance. The plant supplied will be a similar type and growth stage, but will not be the exact plant shown.

Please inspect your plant immediately on arrival. Any issue with damage, an incorrect item, or dead-on-arrival condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the plant and packaging.

Pre-order items ship separately. If ordered with in-stock items, everything will be sent together once the pre-order is ready.
